Frequently Asked Questions
The following is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about Tradesight's services. 1) Where do I find a list of your weekend report/educational topics and how can I access them? You can find a list of the topics and their respective report dates for the stock and forex archives at the Report Logs Blog. To read that report, log into Tradesight and go to Subscriptions...Stock (or Forex). Then type in the date of the report you are seeking in the fields and hit enter. 2) How do I log into the Trading Labs?
In 2009, Tradesight merged our Trading Labs into one 24-hour Lab. You can login here on the Trading Labs page. 3) How do I get the Forex Levels, Futures Levels, and/or Tradesight Market Directional Tool to show in e-Signal automatically? Log into the website and hit Your Account in the top right. Insert your e-Signal username in the field where directed and hit Update. Then download the tool you are entitled to from the links below on the same page. You must be a Forex subscriber for the Forex Levels tool to work. You must be a Futures subscriber for the Futures Levels tool to work. You must be a Stock subscriber for the Tradesight Market Directional Tool to work. 4) How does the Swing report work? The swing report is a very scaled-back version of the stock report that includes only four or five of our top picks each day with triggers, first targets, swing targets, stops, and a corresponding options play. No additional guidance or extra calls are given. This report is designed for people that don't have the time to watch the market during the day or actively daytrade, but still want high-quality picks based on daily chart patterns. 5) What comes with the Free Trial to Tradesight? You get access to 80% of our stock reports, about 30% of our intraday daytrading calls for stocks, all of the summary daily reports for our forex service, and half of our forex trade calls. You do not receive access to the various Trading Labs, Forex Levels, Futures Levels, or several of our analysts intraday stock calls. You can request to be added to the Trading Lab for a couple of days during your trial. 6) What is the best way to use the Messenger and know when trade calls and other messages have arrived? A complete description of the Messenger, how to install, and how to use can be found here. 7) I'm in trial and don't understand the language of your Forex trade calls. Some have numbers and some do not. How does it work? As a trial user, you receive all of the trade calls, but only half give you the exact numbers that we are using. Subscribers also receive a table each day with all of the relevant levels for each of the pairs that we follow so that they have all of the entry, stop , and exit points, plus additional levels to use for support and resistance. All of the trades that trigger are then discussed in the daily reports, so you can see what any trade that triggered did. The trial is designed to give you a taste of how the service works. 8) What do things like ">"," "<", "hod", "lod", and "MOC" mean in the Messenger. The Greater Than symbol (>) means buy if the price goes over. The Less Than symbol (<) means short if the price goes under. Hod = High of Day Lod = Low of Day MOC = Market on Close 9) Is there a trial for the Tradesight Trading Lab? Yes, the Lab comes as part of the $2.99 Limited Trial (along with three of our services). You get full access during the two weeks. 10) How do I cancel the service? Contact us at least five days prior to your next rebilling. Standard monthly rebilling accounts rebill on the first day of each month after your initial month and a prorated month. Therefore, for most subscribers, cancellations are due, per the Subscription Agreement, by the 25th or 26th of the month. There are no exceptions to this rule as we have a specific agreement with our billing company. Refunds, if allowed, for late cancellations cost $50. 11) What do I get with the Futures Levels service? Many professionals just want the combined Levels that Mark Likos provides on the ES, NQ, YM, ER, QM (Oil), ZF (5-year Note), and SOX, so we make those available for $49 a month. It is not, therefore, a trade calling service. Most futures calls are made in the Tradesight Equity Trading Lab.
