Here's a look at the US Dollar Index intraday with our market directional lines:

As usual on the Sunday report, we will look at the action from Thursday night/Friday, then look at the daily charts of all the pairs with the Seeker and Comber separately for the week ahead, and then glance at the US Dollar Index.
EURUSD:
Triggered long at A, then spiked on news to the first target at B. Second half stopped either under the entry if you were awake to adjust or at the original stop if you weren't:

Stock Picks Recap for 3/6/14

With each stock's recap, we will include a (with market support) or (without market support) tag, designating whether the trade triggered with or without market directional support at the time. Anything in the first five minutes will be considered WITHOUT market support because market direction cannot be determined that early. ETF calls do not require market support, and are thus either winners or losers.
From the report, GLNG gapped over, no play.
IRBT triggered long (with market support) and worked:

ACRX triggered long (without market support due to opening 5 minutes) and ultimately worked, but took a while in a dead market:

NTAP triggered short (without market support...although it was support on the NASDAQ futures) and worked:

From the Messenger/Tradesight_st Twitter Feed, Rich's NFLX triggered short (without market support) and didn't work:

His SSYS triggered short (without market support) and worked great:

Rich's VXX triggered long (ETF, so no market support needed) and didn't work:

Rich's REGN triggered short (with market support) and worked:

His ALKS triggered short (with market support) and worked enough for a partial:

In total, that's 4 trades triggering with market support, 3 of them worked, 1 did not.

The second half of the GBPUSD stopped in the money under the new Pivot, and then nothing else triggered for the session as the GBPUSD was stuck in narrow range. The EURUSD moved, but if we had had a call there, it would have stopped first anyway.

What the heck was that? A flat opening and basically a 5-point ES range (most of it in 4 points) for a whole day. Wow. Tomorrow's ES Value Area should be about 2.5 points. NASDAQ volume closed at 1.9 billion shares. One trigger on the ES, see that section below. Not much point in calling trades.
Net ticks: -7 ticks.
