Came into the session not expecting much with the East Coast still under feet of snow, and we basically got what we expected. Everything was flat and choppy and finally pushed down a bit late in the day. Mixed results on the Opening Range Plays. NASDAQ volume was only 1.7 billion shares, one of the weakest in a while.
